Session 1 6/30 @1PM EST→ Create Your Doctor Coaching Niche:

That’s right: CREATE. In this session, I will walk you through the exact steps to create your very own niche from your story. You will not copy another coach’s niche and hope it works for you. When you create your niche from your story, you become 1 of 1 and the only one. There is no competition, nor are you a commodity. Clients are attracted to you and Creating your niche is the very first step of creating your Doctor Coaching Offer.

Session 2 6/30 @ 4PM EST→ Create Your Doctor Coaching Offer:

In this session I will help you pivot your niche into a $5000-$20000 coaching offer. Once you are able to sell a $5K-$20K offer consistently you have laid the foundation for a 6-figure coaching business and your Doctor Coaching Empire.

Your Doctor Coaching Offer is broken down into the person you serve, the problem you solve, your positioning, and your pricing.

Session 3 6/30 @ 7PM EST→ Create Your Doctor Coaching Empire:

Hi, I am Dr. Kimmy.

I am a Pediatric Hospitalist, wife, and mom of 2 young children.

While working at an academic medical center and juggling all of my responsibilities, I went on to make $283,052 while working full-time.

On Juneteenth of 2022 I left my job to become full-time in my coaching business. I no longer relied on medicine for my purpose and my paycheck.

I now have my very own empire: I am a sought after speaker, I host a podcast, I homeschool my children, I travel the world frequently.

Dr. Nondumiso was certified in another coaching program prior to joining The Doctor Coach School™. She was excited to work with clients upon completing the program, but felt as though she needed to work with clients for free to gain experience and to hone her coaching skills. Dr. Nondumiso wanted to have a coaching business rooted in service and knew that building a coaching business was a part of her God-given purpose. Just before joining DCS, she was attempting to sign actual clients, but was unable to attract clients who were willing to pay. She was growing increasingly frustrated. Within 30 days of joining DCS, she signed her first 4 clients. She now consistently attracts clients to her, and is building her very own empire. Since joining she has launched her own podcast, has been recruited for speaking engagements, and wants to develop a brand that includes retreats, books, and other ventures.

Dr. Nondumiso signed 4 clients in 30 days, and is now building her empire.

Dr. Josel is a neonatologist and recovering people pleaser who wanted to help physicians overcome their people pleasing tendencies so that they can live a life of purpose and complete their bucket list items. She desired her offer to be a high-ticket, luxury retreat. When she joined DCS she had already paid for a retreat venue for an international retreat. She filled some seats but was about to close down registration and absorb the financial loss. She came to one coaching session and mentioned that she was closing enrollment. In the coaching session, Dr. Kimmy was able to isolate exactly why her retreat had not sold. She then helped Dr. Josel map out her marketing bridge, the exact marketing strategy that she should implement, and encouraged her to keep selling. Two weeks later she had completely sold out the retreat. She looks forward to selling her 1:1 coaching offer on the backend of the retreat.

Dr. Josel sold out her retreat coaching offer and is building her own version of a Doctor Coaching Empire.

Dr. Caitlin is a Canadian Family Medicine Physician who overcame burnout by developing her very own self-coaching tools. She desired to help oher Canadian women physicians take back control of their careers with practical strategies and tools from her own lived experience. After joining DCS, she developed her own intellectual property from her story. Within 30 days of actively selling her offer, she signed her first 2 high-ticket clients. She did it by stepping out on her own thought leadership at a National Conference and showcasing her expertise and intellectual property. She now enjoys the process of helping those clients achieve transformation and enjoys seeing the shifts in her clients as she serves them weekly.
