Before you sell anything to anyone, you have to be fully sold on yourself.
Once you have mastered that as we discussed in Part One, then we move on to step two; your transformational process and your transformational promise.
These are the two components that you have to map out before you start selling anything and yet this is the step that I find most people struggle with.
When I’m working with brand new coaches, most of my DMS, are filled with people who are not sure what they should be coaching on, or they have an idea of what they like to coach on, but they’re unclear about how to take what’s in their head and turn it into a coaching program.
That’s what we are going to be discussing today, so let’s get into it.
