Founded by Dr. Kimberly L. Reynolds

Dr. Kimberly L. Reynolds is a double board-certified pediatrician, academic faculty member, and Certified Professional Coach. She served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where she co-directed and taught in multiple core courses, developed curriculum on cultural humility and health equity, and received multiple teaching awards—including Pediatric Attending of the Year and Outstanding Teacher of the Year in the Department of Pediatrics.

Her academic contributions include national and international invited presentations on implicit bias, cultural humility, and racism in medicine; peer-reviewed publications in Pediatrics, Hospital Pediatrics, and the Journal of Hospital Medicine; and recognition as a Health Equity Leadership Institute Scholar.

As the founder of The Doctor Coach School™, Dr. Reynolds brings her background in clinical medicine, medical education, and neuroscience-based coaching frameworks to create a certification program that brings the same rigor doctors expect in medicine into the field of professional coaching.
