Trains doctors to build coaching practices rooted in belief, skill, and client transformation.
Prepares doctors to lead change within systems, using coaching as a tool for organizational transformation. (Launching 2026.)
We’re currently enrolling for the Entrepreneur Track. You’ll find a full breakdown of the structure below.
You’ll start by working through frameworks like the Pocket of Belief™, the Belief Flow™, the Action-Belief Process™, and the Safety Formula™—but not as theory. You’ll use them on yourself first.
You’ll identify the beliefs driving your current results, create new ones, and practice holding them long enough to generate real change.
This isn’t prep work. It’s the foundation.
Because coaching isn’t neutral. Your nervous system, your belief patterns, your blind spots—they all come with you into the room. If you haven’t worked them out, your clients will end up working around them.
We start here so that doesn’t happen.
By the end of Phase One, you’ll know how to evaluate your own thinking, regulate your nervous system in real time, and create new results by changing what you believe—without ignoring what you feel.
You’ll learn how to market and sell your coaching in a way that reflects your values, your process, and the standards of a certified professional.
You’ll work through tools like StorySelling, the Belief Bridge, and Coach the Close from Safety—applying them in real time to begin attracting and enrolling clients from a place of certainty, not pressure.
The goal isn’t visibility for its own sake. The goal is professional alignment—messaging and sales that reflect your belief, not your fear.
By the end of Phase Two, you will have enrolled at least one high-ticket client—and demonstrated the ability to market and sell your coaching with professional skill and belief-based congruence.
You’ll begin coaching a real client using the tools and frameworks you’ve already practiced on yourself. You’ll apply the full arc of belief-based coaching: emotional safety, nervous system regulation, resistance diagnostics, and aligned decision-making.
Throughout this phase, you’ll receive feedback through mentor coaching, skills lab observation, and peer support. You’ll also submit a final recorded session for evaluation using ICF and DCS-specific competencies.
By the end of Phase Three, you will have coached a client through measurable transformation, fulfilled all evaluation requirements, and earned your credential as a Certified Doctor Coach™.

The Leadership Track will launch in 2026 with its own structured timeline.
Phase One (The Coaching Self) must be completed consecutively over the first 8 weeks.
Phases Two (Client Acquisition) and Three (Client Transformation) allow for flexibility in pacing, depending on when you sign and coach your client.
Students have up to 18 months from enrollment to fulfill all program requirements and earn the credential of Certified Doctor Coach™.
We are actively pursuing ICF Level 2 accreditation and CCE (BCC) provider approval. These processes are already underway, positioning The Doctor Coach School™ as one of the few institutions created by and for doctors that also meets the highest standards in professional coaching.
We are also exploring CME accreditation as part of our long-term vision, with the goal of offering continuing education credit in future cohorts.
Graduates of The Doctor Coach School™ are prepared to coach at a level recognized across the profession—anchored in belief-based methodology, clinical integrity, and evidence-informed practice.
